DR OBERDAN
MARIANETTI
Dr Oberdan has two decades of Psychology experience, helping people navigate the complexity of modern life.
He is a qualified Wim Hof Method instructor, a qualified Oxygen Advantage instructor, and has created the OM-Wellness process as an innovative combination of these practices.
As well as being a Psychologist, Clinical Sexologist, Wim Hof Method and Oxygen Advantage instructor, Oberdan also has 15+ years of global corporate experience global.
He is a sought after Psychologist and Facilitator with his credentials and insights about corporate cultures and structures at all levels.
After twice successfully transitioning out of the corporate world into entrepreneurship, he knows how to navigate it from both sides.
Dr Oberdan served in the Paratroopers Brigade of the Italian Army as a Lieutenant Platoon Commander, gaining a level of comfort with intense experiences from which he guides you through your own life changing experience during the OM-Wellness process.

Anoushka is a psychotherapist who believes in everyone’s birthright to live an authentic, joyful and fulfilled life. She views crises as opportunities for growth and supports clients towards agency and tools to engage successfully with these moments. She always works from a place of genuine compassion, lightness and hopefully a touch of humour.

Laura
Laura practices yoga, mindfulness and meditation since over a decade. The passion started on a yoga mat and quickly transitioned to each aspect of her life; in her daily practice she honours Mother Earth and Nature. As a qualified yoga teacher for kids, she enjoys guiding adults to explore, respect, cherish, have fun and sing along with their child within.

Simon
Dr. Simon is a Psychotherapist by training, he specialises in Group Psychotherapy. Simon loves life and embraces love, he thrives on humour and gravitates towards meaningful connections. Simon is fun-loving, likeable, enthusiastic, trusting, and trustworthy. He has the unconditional positive regard for others that makes him a joy to work with.

Programme Disclaimer
This document does not remove the statutory obligations of Dr Oberdan Marianetti nor seek to exclude litigation for gross negligence. The intent of this document is to enter into an agreement between the participant (you) and Dr Oberdan Marianetti acknowledging the risks associated with participation in The Programme, its pilot or any of its components, and where applicable, includes a voluntary assumption of risk by participants.
PARTICIPANT CONSENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
On behalf of myself, I acknowledge that participating in The Programme, its pilot or any of its component parts is subject to my agreement to of the terms in this document.
IN EXCHANGE FOR BEING PERMITTED TO ATTEND 'THE PROGRAMME', ITS PILOT OR ANY OF ITS COMPONENT PARTS, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

I am in good health, have no physical conditions that affect my ability to participate in any facilitated activity conducted by Dr Oberdan Marianetti or any of The Programmes instructors, and have not been advised otherwise by a medical practitioner.

I agree that I will immediately advise Dr Oberdan Marianetti or any of The Programme instructors if I observe any unsafe conditions with facilities or equipment.

I understand that some of The Programme activities may cause physiological responses that I am not familiar with, but that they are normal and will be coached and managed by Dr Oberdan Marianetti or any of The Programme instructors.

I understand that the success of The Programme is heavily dependent upon each individual’s health, lifestyle, background, dedication, desire, and motivation, and that the results may vary, and will be based on many variables, including but not limited to, your individual capacity, life experience, unique health and genetic profile, starting point, expertise, and level of commitment. Therefore, Dr Oberdan Marianetti does not guarantee any specific results, and The Programme makes use of real past experiences, purely as educational tools and reference materials.

I assume all risks associated with my participation including without limitation the risk of any negligence or recklessness by other participants. I understand that there may be risks involved, which are not known to me or to Dr Oberdan Marianetti or any of The Programme instructors at this time or at the time of the activities in which I may participate, and agree to assume such unforeseeable risks.

I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless to Dr Oberdan Marianetti and any of The Programme instructors and volunteers from and against any claims, causes of action, damage, judgments, liabilities, fees (including legal fees), costs and expenses incurred by Dr Oberdan Marianetti as a result of my unlawful actions or failure to act during any activity.

I hereby allow Dr Oberdan Marianetti to use photos or videos that feature me, as a member of The Programme in any of their online publications.
This Waiver is a legally binding agreement and will be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. Any provisions found to be unenforceable shall not affect the validity of enforceability of any other provisions, which may be modified by a court having jurisdiction.
Dr Oberdan Marianetti will reimburse participants who are unable to participate in The Programme, its pilot or any of its component parts according to the following schedule:

more than 3 months from your scheduled workshop: 90% of all participant fees

1 to 3 months from your scheduled workshop: 50% of all participant fees
-
less than 1 month from your scheduled workshop: not refundable

The pre-work is a critical component of the successful outcome of the retreat and is therefore a prerequisite to attend. This preparation allows participants the necessary time to connect to both a sense of purpose and a commitment to change important aspects of their life. Completing this in advance ensures solid support for their development throughout the retreat.
Some of the data provided will be used to measure how the programme impacts participants over a period of time. In the event your data being included in reports, charts or publications of any kind, all personal information will be kept confidential and the Participants identity will be kept anonymous: disguising any personal details that may be linked to your identity will do this. The data is collected to test the hypothesis that people who reconnect to a sense of purpose and commitment within themselves will also experience an increased sense of wellbeing.
