We often end up making the same resolutions every year because we couldn't keep them before. Sometimes, we don't even make any resolutions because it's tough to stick to them.

But what if we could learn some practical ways to stick to our goals? This workshop is different. You'll learn how to create lasting changes in your life by exploring how to manage your cravings, by tapping into beliefs, and strengthening your commitment. It's about designing new beginnings that actually stick.
