Foundational Psycho-Education Pillars:

·  Overcoming Life Struggles: Engage in guided discussions and workshops that delve into the understanding of your personal struggles. Through psycho-education, gain insights into the psychological underpinnings of these challenges, and be enabled to reframe your perspectives and explore practical strategies for overcoming adversity.

·  Building Resilience: The retreat provide an overview of principles and psychological factors that contribute to resilience. ·  Managing Stressors and Healthy Coping: Psycho-educational sessions will provide you with a deeper comprehension of stress and its impact on your wellbeing. Experiential Activities:

Physical activity is incorporated to complement and reinforce the psychological work required for the personal transformation process.

·  Breathwork: Breathwork sessions provide experiential learning opportunities, allowing participants to directly experience the mind-body connection. By engaging in specific breathing exercises, you'll discover how conscious breath control can influence your emotional states, fostering relaxation, focus, and emotional regulation.

·  Guided Meditation: Learn firsthand how meditation can enhance self-awareness, reduce rumination, and promote emotional wellbeing. These experiences help you to integrate mindfulness as a tool for managing stress and fostering resilience

·  Yoga Movement: Yoga movement sessions combine psycho-education with experiential learning, helping participants embody the principles of self-acceptance, presence, and physical wellbeing. Through mindful movement, you'll learn to connect with your body, enhance body awareness, and cultivate a sense of balance and harmony.

·  Cold Plunge: The cold plunge activity serves as a metaphorical and physiological experience. By immersing themselves in the cold water, you'll practice regulating your physical and emotional responses to discomfort. This experiential exercise reinforces the principles of stress tolerance, adaptability, and stepping outside comfort zones.

Dr Oberdan Marianetti is a qualified Psychologist and Clinical Sexologist with 20 years of corporate and clinical practice. 

He created the OM-Wellness Process combining all his professional and life experience to help individuals and couples overcome their life struggles.

The first day of the retreat focuses on building a strong foundation by fostering self-awareness and understanding of what constitutes a healthy balanced life on an intellectual, emotional, and physical level.

Saturday 21 October 2023, 09:00 to 20:00  


The second day presents the key challenges of managing modern life's many demands and the importance of maintaining emotional and physical balance. Learn to let go of past hurts to heal what is blocking your wellbeing and potential.

Sunday 22 October 2023: 09:00 to 20:00


The final day centers around strategies for sustaining and growing towards a healthy balanced life that is meaningful and satisfying over time through a mix of learning and experiential activities.


VENUE: The Lensbury Resort, Teddington

On the banks of the River Thames and surrounded by 25 acres of beautiful grounds, the 4-star The Lensbury Resort offers restful accommodations with amazing landscapes, recreations and gardens, and has an award-winning spa with large mixed sauna and steam rooms. 

The Lensbury is just 20 minutes by train from central London and 25 minutes by car from London Heathrow Airport and close to links for the M3 and M4 motorways. The property has its own free car parking. 


Working with Dr Oberdan Marianetti at his OM-Wellness Retreat was a life-changing experience. He viscerally demonstrated to me the problematic internal lens through which I view and interpret the world around me, and helped me discover a concrete path to overcome deeply ingrained patterns of behaviour and thought that I could see were harmful to myself and those around me.

We will reimburse participants who are unable to participate in the programme according to the following schedule:

  • Between 31 and 60 days from your scheduled Process: 80% of all Participant fees
  • 30 days or less from your scheduled Process: not refundable

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any programme, workshop or event if we do not have the minimum number of participants. In the event that we are forced to do so, participants will receive a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their registration to the same programme on another date. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, including travel and accommodation costs incurred by participants as a result of cancellation. We will give a minimum of two weeks notice when cancelling an event whenever possible, however, we cannot be held liable when cancellation of an event with less than two weeks notice becomes necessary due to force majeure.

Due to the physical nature of the programme, we are not able to accept participants who are pregnant or who have experienced the following conditions:

  • Epilepsy
  • High blood pressure (in case of prescription medication)
  • Coronary heart disease (e.g. Angina Pectoris; Stable Angina)
  • Kidney failure
  • A history of serious health issues like heart failure or stroke
  • Raynaud's syndrome (Type II)
  • Shortly after a surgical operation
  • Cold urticaria
  • Severe asthma
