OM-ICE Alumni Get-Together

This is an informal get-together to keep the community connected and motivated to continue on their journey and transformation.

It is a great opportunity for OM-ICE alumni to reconnect, share stories, do a quick knowledge recap, and have a few breathing and ice bath sessions.

You will recall from the OM-ICE retreat that a strong health is a key requirement to safely experience our activities. Here is a reminder for you to consider before attending....

Due to the physical nature of the programme, we are unable to accept participants who are pregnant or who have experienced the following conditions:

·  Epilepsy

·  High blood pressure

·  Coronary heart disease

·  Kidney failure

·  A history of serious health issues like heart failure or stroke

·  Raynaud's syndrome

·  Shortly after a surgical operation

·  Cold urticaria

·  Severe asthma
