THE STORY BEHIND THE QUIZ
I am Dr. Oberdan, a psychologist with a passion for understanding human behaviour and helping individuals lead fulfilling lives. Over the last two decades, I've dedicated myself to studying and working with thousands of clients in psychotherapy and at my wellness retreats.

Through this extensive experience, I've gained valuable insights into the complexities of the human mind and the diverse ways in which people cope with life's challenges.

Throughout my years of practice, I've observed that individuals often struggle to navigate the ups and downs of life, sometimes resorting to coping mechanisms that may not serve their long-term well-being.

Whether it's excessive work, unhealthy relationships, gambling or sex addiction, many people find themselves trapped in patterns that hinder their personal growth and happiness.

This realisation prompted me to delve deeper into understanding the underlying factors contributing to these patterns of behaviour. I recognized that these coping mechanisms, while providing temporary relief, can ultimately lead to greater distress and impairment in various areas of life. Left unchecked, they can significantly impact one's mental, emotional, and physical health, as well as their relationships and overall quality of life.

Motivated by a desire to empower individuals to break free from these limiting patterns, I developed a comprehensive protocol aimed at facilitating self-discovery and personal transformation, the OM-Wellness Process. This process combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with holistic approaches to address the root causes of maladaptive coping mechanisms and foster positive change.
